Welcome to the Oxnard-Joslyn Lawn Bowls Club website. With the information contained herein, you will gain some insight as to what lawn bowling is, and how the game is played. I hope it will motivate you to come and join us. We give free instructions.
Lawn bowing is a low impact sport, and we welcome and encourage all ages to try it. You will learn the rules and techniques in about six lessons.
Our club is very friendly, and has many social events that encourage meeting new friends. So, if you have a competitive spirit, enjoy exercise and fresh air, please give us a call at 1-805-385-8034.

Oxnard-Joslyn Lawn Bowls Club
L.W.D. LLC was started by twin nurses Chiquita and Marquita Hubbard who personally and professionally relate to the life of the disabled and their caregivers. First nurses, then parents (one to disabled children) and later caregivers to terminally ill family members, they saw there was a lack of coordination of care and resources.

Location – 350 North “C” Street Oxnard, California 93030
The Club is part of the Oxnard Senior Center in Wilson Park located in the downtown area. It is on the northeast corner of the intersection of “C” Street and Palm Dr. Palm Dr. is two blocks north of First St., and “C” St. is two blocks west of Route 1 (Oxnard Blvd.). The Club parking lot entrances are off “C” St.
Club Hours — The club has sign-in by 9:15, a short meeting at 9:30 and then bowl around 9:45 on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Come visit us any day and get full information.
RAINY DAY NOTIFICATION — To find out if Lawn Bowling will occur after it rains, call the Club House 1-805-385-8034 after 7:30 am and the message will provide needed information.
