and Gloria Brown organized the fun day and prepared the food. For
lunch we had a delicious pasta dish with salads and a tasty fruit
cobbler for dessert. About 32 members participated in the fun
activities. The game for the day used the tin can and yard stick
to measure for points. This way both teams can score in each end.
Prizes were awarded for the teams that scored the most and the
least points. The winners for most points were Patty Berry, Jim
Lynsky and Hans Mehner. For least points went to Joe Brown, Marie
Moore and Edith Dowsing.
This fun day was scheduled two weeks earlier but due to rain it was re-scheduled.
