GAMES, FOOD AND PRIZES

On a sunny  day  30 members and guests gathered to celebrate Halloween wearing their finest costumes.   Jack Bucey organized the games while Julie Basler, Susan LaCroix and Gloria Brown took care of the food.  The decorations were taken care of by Gloria Brown.  The whole day went well and everyone had a good time.

We started off with the spider  roll which was won by Marie Moore.   The game for the day was a 12 end game where the first 4 ends everyone bowled forehand, the next four ends you bowled backhand and the last 4 ends was your  choice.   Prizes were awarded for high score. The winning team was Rich Purcell, CJ Juengst and Marie Moore.

The winning costume went to Gary Davidson.  It looked like his ship was in and he was on liberty.

After the games were completed we all retired to the club house to enjoy a delicious lunch of chili beans, corn bread muffins and chocolate cake.

Afterwards some members stayed over to help clean up which is always appreciated.
